Why Royal Sealcoating, and noT the others?
At Royal Sealcoating we understand our business is you. We provide royal services to each and every one of our customers at very affordable prices. You might ask why would you do that. We want you to use us every time for your driveway needs, and in order for that to happen we have to give you a great product at a great price.
What Services Are provided?
We provide all asphalt needs for your driveway. We follow a 10-step process that ensures each job is done the same way every time. It begins with us power edging your driveway to get all debris/grass off of the asphalt. Then we sweep and blow off all remaining debris to ensure the product will have the best adhesion to the driveway. After that we clean up any oil spots on the driveway so it does not bleed through the new sealer. We then begin to fill cracks in the driveway with 300 degree rubber crack filler. Once all the cracks are filled in, we begin to seal the driveway starting with the edges then onto the entire driveway. Once all this is done we will barricade the driveway, and within 48 hours your house's curb appeal is that much better.
How much is the average driveway to have cracks Repaired, and the driveway fully sealed
The average driveway cost is $200. That includes crack repairs and the sealcoat. You might think this is a lot, but we assure you it is not. Having your driveway sealed brings your house out much more, and helps the longevity of your driveway many years. Your driveway is just like anything else, and it requires preventative maintenance done to it. Here in Michigan we have brutal winters, and this degrades our driveways drastically. With a fresh batch of seal, and cracks filled, your driveway will be more than ready for winter.
How often should I get my driveway sealed?
Typically, every 2-3 years would be ideal for getting your driveway sealed. If you notice your driveway is beginning to crack, or chip, it would be a good time to have us come out to seal your driveway, and fill any cracks. We have people that do it every year, but that is more for cosmetics than anything else.
